ASE-certified diesel techs dispatched to your breakdown — on-scene in 60 minutes across Cleveland, Akron, and Youngstown. Full diagnostics, derate clearing, electrical and engine work, done where you stopped.
When your truck dies on the shoulder of I-80 at 2 AM, you don't need a tow to a shop 40 miles away. You need a diesel mechanic with a fully-equipped service truck showing up where you stopped — with the scan tools, parts, and certification to actually fix the problem.
That's what GTS does. We're a mobile diesel mechanic operating across Northeast Ohio, dispatching ASE-certified techs to highway shoulders, truck stops, rest areas, warehouses, and customer yards 24 hours a day. We fix 70–80% of breakdowns on-scene — no tow, no shop wait, no lost loads.
Based in Solon, OH and dispatched across the Cleveland, Akron, and Youngstown metros. Average on-scene response: under 60 minutes.
Our service trucks carry the scan tools, replacement sensors, common parts, and air system gear for the breakdowns that actually keep trucks parked. If we can't fix it roadside, you'll know inside 30 minutes.
Cummins INSITE, Detroit DDDL, PACCAR Davie, Volvo PTT, and Bendix ACom on every service truck. Live data, freeze frame, sensor analysis.
30–60 minForce regens, clear active codes after repair, identify whether the derate is DPF, DEF, EGR, or sensor-driven. Get you out of 5 mph mode.
45–90 minDEF quality codes, doser issues, NOx sensor failures, SCR fault clearing. We carry common DEF dosers and NOx sensors on the truck.
45–120 minStarter testing, fuel pressure checks, immobilizer codes, ECM communication, battery load test. Most no-starts are fixable on-scene.
30–90 minAir-in-fuel diagnosis, prime pump testing, fuel filter changes, injector return flow tests, water-in-fuel troubleshooting.
45–90 minAlternator testing, battery load testing, parasitic draw diagnosis, ECM ground/power circuits, dash light troubleshooting.
30–75 minCoolant level sensor faults, thermostat replacement, water pump diagnosis, hose blowouts, radiator leak isolation.
45–90 minVGT actuator faults, boost pressure sensor failures, charge air cooler leak detection, turbo cleaning when applicable.
60–120 minEGT, MAP, MAF, crank position, cam position, ambient air, boost — carried on every truck for the major engine platforms.
30–60 minSerpentine belt replacement, tensioner failures, coolant hose blowouts, fan clutch faults — on-scene replacement.
30–75 minPTO won't engage, hydraulic pump diagnosis, body builder module troubleshooting, dump truck and reefer engine starts.
45–90 minIf you're heading to a scale or DOT inspection, we'll diagnose and address active fault codes, lighting, and air system issues fast.
VariesNo phone trees. No "we'll call you back." Every call goes to a live dispatcher with a tech on the way before you hang up.
Live dispatcher answers 24/7. You'll be asked your location, truck make/year, and the symptoms. We assign the right tech with the right parts before we hang up.
You'll get a confirmed ETA within minutes — not a "we'll be there sometime." Most Cleveland-metro dispatches arrive in under 60 minutes; outer corridors 90–120.
Tech scans the truck, identifies the issue, and gives you a verbal estimate before touching a tool. If it can't be fixed roadside, we tell you within the first 30 minutes — you pay only the service call.
Repair completed, codes cleared, post-repair test drive (where applicable), and a detailed invoice. Fleet accounts get full PDF service reports for vendor records.
Our techs are trained and tooled across all five OEMs — including the proprietary diagnostic platforms most independent shops can't access.
Had issues with regen on truck. Had another company come out before these guys and they wouldn't do anything — sounded like lack of experience. Then I had these guys at GTS come out and had my driver driving down the road within an hour. Great service.
One call. 60-minute average response. Back on the road in most cases inside two hours.
